This Project Location in Bali, Employee Contract will be Bali based.

We prefer a candidate domicile in Bali.

We also provide opportunities for those who live outside Bali but we do not provide living place, we do not provide cost transport from your city to Bali & we do not provide vehicle.

Job Descriptions:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Supervision and Leadership: Managing and supervising construction teams, including subcontractors and other on-site staff.

• Resource Management: Ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and labor as needed.

• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure work meets specifications.

• Safety Management: Enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections. checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

• Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and other construction professionals. 

• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project. assessing and minimizing risk.

Essential Skills:

• Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

• Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• SKA or SKK in related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years work experience in the construction field, with experience as a Site Manager on large-scale projects preferred.

• Experience in project management, scheduling, and land management is also essential.

• Fluent in English.

• Domicile in Bali. (We don't provide Housing/Mess/Kostan).
