About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT Singatac Bintan' in Bintan Riau Islands. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of our construction projects. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closure.

What we're looking for

1. 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the fabrication for oil & gas industry and subsea product

2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects

3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members (both local and overseas clients)

6. Proficiency in project management software and tools
