OTCA is an education company focused on career development and overseas education. We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of strategic education projects.
As a Project Manager at OTCA, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of various educational projects and internal initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OTCA's mission of advancing career and educational opportunities for Indonesian youth.
Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Management, Business, or related majors).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar roles.
Experienced in managing fast-paced projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in using project management tools (such as Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferably experienced in the education industry or startup environment.
Manage end-to-end project cycles from planning, execution, monitoring, to evaluation.
Create project timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Content, Operations) and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Provide regular project progress reports to management.
Ensure project outcomes align with business needs and company goals.
