Responsibilities:

• Develop project management plans and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish.

• Ensure that order specifications, production schedules, as well as product delivery and installation timelines are met as scheduled.

• Manage project administration and ensure all project requirements are fulfilled for smooth execution on site.

• Conduct project analysis, evaluation, and reporting to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of project management and support new initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering (preferred).

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a contracting company, especially for interior projects such as offices, residential homes, or commercial buildings.

• Positive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong leadership skills, communicative, and capable of building and leading a team effectively.

• Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Highly responsible in meeting deadlines and ensuring work quality aligns with client expectations.

• Willing to be placed in Bali and travel for business trips, both within Jabodetabek and to other cities.
