We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team at Otazen, a leading furniture manufacturer in Indonesia. If you have experience as PROJECT MANAGER and are looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply this position.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop project plans, including work schedules, completion targets, budgets, and required resources
Prepare detailed execution plans, including time schedules and resource allocation, to align with completion targets
Build and lead the project team, provide direction and motivation, and ensure all team members work according to the instructions and guidance from project leadership
Supervise all project activities, including construction, installation, administration, and documentation
Ensure the project runs according to the targeted schedule while remaining within the established budget
Oversee all employees working at the project site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, with a strong focus on occupational health and safety (K3)
Ensure project implementation meets the required standards and quality expectations
Ensure all construction and installation work, as well as materials used, comply with the agreed designs and specifications
Prepare regular project progress reports for management and stakeholders, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports with complete documentation
Ensure efficient project execution through strict cost control and take corrective action promptly if there are any deviations from the budget
Monitor project progress, conduct regular evaluations, and identify potential issues
Perform risk analysis, identify potential problems, and develop mitigation plans
Maintain effective communication and good relationships with stakeholders and all parties involved in the project
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or PIKA
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an interior design company
Strong understanding of interior construction quality standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficient in design software, technical software, and MS Office
Capable of directing and mobilizing the workforce
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willing to be assigned outside the city
