SPI- Production

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all mining operations to meet production schedules and output targets.

• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., production rates, equipment utilization, Ritase and material quality) and implement improvement strategies.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulations.

• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.

• Manage, coach, and develop operational teams, including supervisors and operators.

• Work closely with workshop teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Analyze production data and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

• Develop strategic plans for short- and long-term production targets.

• Direct and coordinate the production, operations, and maintenance activities at the mining site

• Implement and monitor all mining plans and activities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to mining operations

• Supervise, lead, and mentor mining personnel

• Develop budgets and monitor expenditure

• Investigate and implement methods to improve mining processes and reduce operational costs

• Ensure safety procedures SOP are followed and provide safety training to employees

• Communicate effectively with staff -SPV Foreman, Checker  and upper management BOD Production Target

• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise in the workplace

• Coordinate with geologists and other professionals to plan mining operations

·      Proven experience in a supervisory role within the coal mining operation. Long Shift operation with Roster leave 8:2

·      S-1 in Mining Engineering or relevant field.

·      Having POM/POP Must (harus)

·      Hands on 8-10 years in Coal Mining operation

·      Male/Female -Good health Condition.

·      Deep understanding of mining operations and safety Proven regulations

·      Proficiency in Minescape technology for mining operations

·      Strong leadership and team management skills

·      Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·      Ability to work under pressure and in challenging conditions
