About the role

As a Production Manager at SINAR ANTJOL GROUP, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the efficient and effective operations of our packaging manufacturing facilities. In this full-time position based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for ensuring our production processes meet the highest standards of quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and business goals

• Manage and optimize the use of plastic injection, blow molding, and styrofoam machinery.

• Monitoring production performance and implementing corrective actions to address issues

• Coordinate and supervise supporting teams, such as maintenance and workshop division.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, such as PPIC, logistics and quality control, to ensure smooth operations

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions

• Analyze production efficiency and effectiveness and prepare regular production reports.

• Managing and developing a team of production staff, including setting targets, providing training and feedback

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing. Plastic Packaging Manufacturing is preferred.

• Strong technical understanding of production processes, equipment and quality control methods

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to quickly address challenges

• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Disciplined, decisive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Major.
