About the role

PT Arisamandiri Pratama is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our manufacturing operations in Demak Regency, Central Java. This is a full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our production processes to ensure we meet our operational and financial targets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet sales and operational demands

• Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

• Managing and leading a team of production supervisors, technicians and operators

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Collaborating with other departments, such as supply chain and engineering, to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

• Reporting on production performance metrics and providing recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and inventory control principles

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
