Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Assistant Manager to lead and oversee the HD Production line at our medical device manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production processes, regulatory compliance, and high-quality output in accordance with GMP standards.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the HD Production line to ensure output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Supervise and develop production team members to achieve optimal performance.

Monitor and ensure production activities are in compliance with applicable medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations (GMP, ISO 13485, etc).

Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow and continuous improvement.

Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making and process optimization.

Support new product introductions and technology transfers to the production line.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in supervising or managing production teams.

Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Willing to be placed at Cikarang
