Job Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and technical proposals aligned with client requirements.

• Ensure all solutions in the Statement of Work follow best practices and match client expectations.

• Liaise with Microsoft (and/or other principal vendors) to gain deep product knowledge and communicate relevant information to clients, including updates on user behavior or potential changes.

• Respond professionally and thoroughly to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Regularly collaborate with team members to discuss project progress and explore new ways to improve business processes and offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architecture with a strong background in Microsoft products and services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including:

  • Ability to engage both C-Level executives and technical users.

  • Clear articulation of product and business value.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Delivering effective system presentations and demos.

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn new products, adapt to fast-changing technology environments, and work in a collaborative team setting.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
