Product Operation Intern

Job Description:

1. Assist the Product Operation Team in daily tasks to facilitate inter-departmental coordination (Assistance).

2. Document and manage detailed records of all changes to product requirements and specifications (Change Request).

3. Maintain and manage documentation of product requirements and detailed specifications (Business Requirement Documentation, Wireframing/Prototyping).

4. Carefully review and document the development outcomes produced by the IT department to ensure alignment with product requirements and specifications (User Acceptance Testing).

5. Prepare documentation for the launch of development outcomes delivered by the IT department (Go Live).

6. Oversee and monitor the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through post-launch and ongoing optimization (Post Go-Live Monitoring).

7. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape (Market & Competitor Research).

8. Leverage data-driven insights to guide product improvements and new feature development (Data-Driven Analysis).

9. Collaborate with development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product delivery to users (Training & Socialization).

10. Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all regulatory requirements relevant to the product are met (Legal & Compliance Coordination).

11. Gather and analyze user feedback to continually enhance the platform (User Survey).

12. Plan and organize in-app events (Event Organization).

13. Conduct routine internal application testing and submit regarding product expenses reimbursement requests to the Finance division (Testing & Reimbursement).

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related fields

• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility are preferred.

• Fresh graduate are welcome or having intern experience in Fintech / Bank / Finance Industry

• Good proficiency in English both oral & written, can speak Mandarin is advantage

• Willing to work from office at West Jakarta Area
