Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to maintain optimal inventory.
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stock discrepancies.
Stock Receiving and Storage:
Oversee the receiving of new stock and ensure that it is stored properly.
Organize stock in the warehouse or storage area for easy access and efficient use of space.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries using inventory management software.
Update inventory databases and ensure that all information is current and accurate.
Reporting:
Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory discrepancies for management review.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate stock levels and fulfill orders.
Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery schedules.

Address any issues related to damaged or defective products.
Training and Supervision:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in inventory management or a related role.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
