About the role

As a Product Manager at PT Era Mitra Perdana, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and development of our innovative medical devices and industrial microbiology products. This full-time position is based in East of Jakarta, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our offerings.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives

2. Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to inform product design, features, and positioning

3. Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch

4. Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

5. Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, both internally and externally

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IVD and Quality Control on Microbiology Lab. Industry

2. Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes in the healthcare industry

6. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the dynamic market environment
