As a Product Manager at OTCA, you will play a key role in leading the development of OTCA's digital products, from product strategy and roadmap planning to feature development and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for creating optimal user experiences within OTCA's digital education ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the education industry or digital platform development.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycle: market research, product strategy, feature development, and product evaluation.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Tech, Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Customer Support.

• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to bridge business needs with technical teams.

• Up-to-date with trends in education, online learning, and educational technology.

• Experience in developing digital education products (websites, apps, LMS platforms) is a strong advantage

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OTCA's product development.

• Gather and analyze user needs through market research and user feedback.

• Collaborate with design, technology, and operations teams to develop product features.

• Prioritize feature development based on business value and user needs.

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from design and development to testing.

• Identify and analyze product performance data to enhance effectiveness and user experience.

• Conduct benchmarking against competitor products for innovation and product improvement.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment among internal stakeholders throughout the product development process.
