Main Job Description • Define and communicate the product's vision and strategy. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's direction and key milestones.  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.  • Work closely with Developer and other teams to oversee the product development process. Ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget.  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes.  • Implement testing processes to validate product functionality, quality, and performance.  • Plan, prioritize tasks and refine user stories.  • Update and present progress reports and product updates to stakeholders.  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of the product, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory changes.  • Others tasks as assigned.  Qualifications:- Min. 1-2 years of work experience as a Associate Product Manager/Product Manager.- Experience handle e-commerce or similar platform.- Fluent in English.- Proven record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycle.- Solid technical experience in software development and web technologies.- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.- Leadership and communication skills.- Thinker and problem solver.- Pay attention to detail.
