Qualifications:

• At least min. 3-4 years experience in developing product from end to end process
• Have an outstanding proven track in developing various product silmutanously
• In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
• Strong marketing knowledge to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
• Excellence in team management and communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Able to thinks creatively and innovatively
• Have a knowledge in online and offline campaigns

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and ensure various new products well implement in market
• Ensure every product developing going smoothly aligning with organization's objectives
• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for every product development
• Delivering product's brief to develop product's communication
• Create and maintaining timeline for product management on track as planned
• Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development
• Make a report for new product's evaluation and feedbacks
