Job Description

Procurement & Sourcing Officer has responsibilities to execute procurement process of materials and services in order to ensure operations of Plant run effective and efficient as expected by evaluating suppliers, products, & services, executing purchase process of ingredients, packaging materials, machinery, equipment, services & etc., drive standardize sourcing, supplier performance management, etc. 

Responsibilities:  

• Reviewing, comparing and analyzing materials and services to be purchased
• Preparation and execution of (price-) negotiations with local and regional suppliers
• Understanding critical items and services, and developing and implementing strategies to mitigate supply risks
• Track material usage and placing purchase orders on a timely basis
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, pricing, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and assisting with the negotiation of contracts where appropriate
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Performing cost analysis and forecasting

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Economic & Business, Business Administration, or any related major
• Have minimum 1 years in-job related experiences especially having experience in Animal Nutrition or Premix & Feed Additives business. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung Area
• A strong team player with high business acumen
• Have good experience in negotiating with suppliers and delivering cost savings
• Have good knowledge of procurement principles, supply chain management, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Have good organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa
