About The Company:

• The working venue is in South Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Furniture company. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Exim Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers in Japan and China.

• Source and negotiate with local vendors for restricted (LARTAS) items like wood and metal that require local processing.

• Understand material market trends and pricing (e.g., acrylic, metal).

• Conduct regular vendor visits to monitor material quality and pricing.

• Manage import documentation (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading) and liaise with forwarders.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.

• Coordinate shipments to the warehouse.

• Willing to travel for business trips within Java island.

Job Requirements:

• At least bachelor's degree.

• High conversational level of English.

• Have 2-3 years experience as PPIC and EXIM or related role from similar industry.

• Can drive a car and has active SIM A.

• Has knowledge about restricted (LARTAS) items.

• Easy to adapt to fast-paced environment.
