Job Description:
- Assist with the daily activities of the procurement department
- Check requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Process purchase orders and invoices ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Request quotes and compare prices
- Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
- Receive goods and ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
- Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Maintain accurate records and updating supplier information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2 years professional experience in procurement or a similar role
- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain strict deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
