Integras is a growing manufacturing and supply company. Our products include Packaging, Paperbags, Offset Printing, F&B Packaging, Corrugated products and more. We are looking for a Supervisor Process & System Development who is structured, proactive, and passionate about building strong systems and ensuring consistent execution across operations.

• Develop, document, and implement SOPs and operational systems across departments

• Analyze and improve production, fulfillment, and support process workflows for better efficiency and accountability

• Support and monitor system implementation and ensure process consistency across teams and plants

• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QC, and Customer Service to identify and resolve recurring process or delivery issues

• Maintain quality and process compliance based on internal standards and customer expectations

• Prepare reports and insights for management on process performance, risk areas, and improvement needs

• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives

• Train and guide operational teams in executing SOPs and system workflows

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process development, system improvement, or operational excellence, preferably in manufacturing or printing industry

• Familiar with SOP design, process mapping, and basic lean/continuous improvement tools

• Strong analytical skills, structured mindset, and attention to detail

• Able to collaborate effectively across departments and lead implementation

• Proficient in documentation and familiar with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and flowcharting software
