Job Responsibilities：1. Understand relevant information about industry and in - company process technologies, and assist in collecting industry technology development information. 2. Be aware of the work requirements of process tests, and be responsible for data collection, statistics and analysis. 3. Assist in developing, validating process standards and conducting data analysis.4. Assist superiors in completing the process standard inspection plan and process standard debugging. Analyze the inspection results, and improve abnormal situations. 5. Participate in the design of process and tooling experimental plans, refine the precautions during the experiment. Execute process experiments with guaranteed quality and quantity according to the established experimental plans, and output experimental data.6. Handle various abnormal processes in accordance with the corresponding handling procedures, implement the detailed actions of handling to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of handling abnormalities. Communicate with other departments to promptly identify problem points and solutions. 7. Strictly carry out process spot - checks, patrol inspections, daily report data summarization as required by the Process Department, and monitor whether other departments, such as those in charge of production equipment quality, are implementing work in accordance with process specifications. Pay attention to the decomposed indicators of each process, and troubleshoot and handle problems in a timely manner. 8. Collect technical problems from after - sales customer complaints, visit customer sites, collect specific information, and truthfully report customer - related problems. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders. Job Requirements：1. Chinese can be used as the working language. 2. Bachelor's degree or above, graduates from well - known universities such as 985/211 are preferred. Majors in science and engineering, especially physics, materials, and chemistry, are preferred. 3. Experience in large - scale photovoltaic battery, module, and material enterprises. 4. More than 2 years of experience in battery/module/material technology, process, R & D, product promotion, technical support, and technical service. 5. Participated in the introduction, promotion, and application of new products/new materials/new processes for more than 3 times. 6. Master theoretical knowledge of photovoltaics/semiconductors, product materials, product - related theoretical knowledge (product application, product performance, product testing, manufacturing processes), process standards, NPI (New Product Introduction), PFEMA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), simulation analysis/BI (Business Intelligence)/CAD (Computer - Aided Design), project management and other professional knowledge. 7. Have good problem - solving, continuous learning, efficient execution, project management, data analysis, and process testing capabilities. 8. Personal qualities required: responsible, rational, decisive, and supportive.
