Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Analyst to support continuous operational improvement by analyzing business processes and related data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data-driven enhancements. This role will work closely with the Data Analyst team to leverage insights that optimize workflows in logistics and forwarding operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational and performance data related to key business processes.
• Map and document current business processes; identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies using data insights.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to design KPIs and dashboards that monitor process performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis using both process mapping and data analysis techniques.
• Propose and support the implementation of process improvements based on analytical findings.
• Assist in automating data collection and reporting for ongoing process monitoring.
• Work with IT and operations teams to integrate improvements into systems and workflows.
• Support change management and training activities for new process implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all process-related reports and tools.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or process improvement roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Experience working in or with data analyst teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics operations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL/Query, Power BI, Python, or other analytics
