About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team at Buona Ventura School in Tangerang. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and motivate our students. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing age-appropriate, creative lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students

• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages students' intellectual, social, and emotional growth

• Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs

• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure the holistic development of each student

• Actively participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your teaching practices

• Upholding the school's values and contributing to the overall success of the institution

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in any major

• Fresh graduates are welcomed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal

• Willing to teach children with neurodiverse needs
