Younexa Inti Materials melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Preventive Maintenance di Cikarang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT. Younexa Inti Materials. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Preventive Maintenance di Cikarang Perusahaan PT. Younexa Inti Materials:

Mission of the Position:

To ensure the continuous operational readiness of all critical equipment and utilities by effectively coordinating the Maintenance Team’s daily execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, enforcing EHS and 5S standards, and leading team initiatives to continuously improve equipment reliability

E01: Preventive Maintenance Execution & Reliability

1.1 Team Execution Oversight, Coordinate and supervise the Maintenance Team’s daily execution of PM activities based on the schedule.

1.2 Documentation Quality, Verify and audit all PM log books and system entries completed by the team for accuracy and completeness.

1.3 Reliability Improvement, Lead the team’s initiative to propose improvement activities aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and MTBF.

E02: Support Project & Innovation

2.1 Team Project Contribution, Direct and monitor the team’s contribution to each activity of improvement and new development projects.

2.2 Innovation Proposal, Review and endorse the innovative design proposals submitted by the team to prevent equipment breakdowns.

2.3 Standardization, Establish, record, and standardize all successful team-implemented improvement actions and ensure new procedures are trained out.

E03: Utilities Equipment Operation & Maintenance

3.1 System Readiness, Oversee and ensure the continuous operational readiness and proper maintenance of all critical utility equipment (Generator set, compressor, water cooling system, etc.) by the maintenance team.

3.2 Training & Familiarity, Train and ensure the team is familiar with the essential spare parts required for routine maintenance and operation.

3.3Parameter Monitoring, Supervise the team’s monitoring of utility equipment parameters and require timely reporting of any deviations or abnormal operation.

E04: Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

4.1 EHS Liaison, Serve as the primary liaison with the EHS department to facilitate the team’s participation in hazardous identification and risk analysis

.4.2 Area Compliance, Enforce and audit maintenance area compliance with the 5S standard and take corrective action when necessary.

4.3 Equipment Compliance, Enforce and audit the equipment and tool maintenance protocols to ensure the team maintains all assets according to the 5S standard.
