About the role

Join PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk’ as a Facility Maintenance Intern based in Cibitung, Bekasi Regency. In this Internship position, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s facilities and ensuring a safe, comfortable and efficient work environment for all employees.

What you’ll be doing

1. Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the company’s facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure
2. Identifying, reporting, and following up any maintenance issues or potential areas of concern
3. Escorting and coordinating with external contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee repairs and upgrades activities
4. Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and expenditures
5. First layer to contact the vendors
6. Supporting the Facility team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

1. Diploma or bachelor degree graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Eagerness to learn in highly coordination environment and agile in dynamic pace
3. Familiar with the usage of Google Workspace (Spreadsheets, Docs, and so on)
4. Familiarity with building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance is a plus
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
7. Attention to detail and a proactive, customer-centric approach
