Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience in Public Relations, including media relations, press release writing, and crisis/conflict management.
Strong background in Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines, positioning, and storytelling.
Solid experience in Marketing Strategy, preferably in B2B industries, including market analysis, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including media, partners, and government institutions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure.
A creative and proactive mindset with a passion for music and the creative industries.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated PR, Branding, and Marketing strategies to strengthen the company's reputation and support B2B business growth.
Craft compelling press releases, speeches, media kits, and other communication materials that align with brand identity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, key stakeholders, and government institutions.
Define and oversee brand guidelines across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, including visual and written assets.
Identify target markets, create value propositions, and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B products.
Monitor public sentiment, analyze competitor activities, and track industry trends to refine strategies.
Manage crisis communication and conflict resolution with effective strategies to maintain a positive public image.
Design measurable marketing campaigns, track performance metrics (ROI, impressions, sentiment), and report results to management.
