Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in logistics, customs, Transportation Management or related fields
Having active PPJK Lisence (must); Maximum 30 years old; At least 3 years of experience in PPJK or customs-related roles
Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Having knowledge about export import based on Indonesian regulation, licenses, and supporting documents; Familiar with import-export documents (PIB, PEB, Bill of Lading,)
Proficient in using customs software (such as CEISA)
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Good command of English (both verbal and written), able to speak another language (ex: Mandarin) will be plus point
Ability to work independently and in a team
Able to join immediately
Job Responsibility:
Handle customs administration for import and export
Manage licenses and necessary documents for customs clearance, such as PIB, PEB
Checking HS Code
Perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees
Monitoring response from the system (Notul, NPD, DNP) and forward to CS Team
Ensure all customs documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
Oversee and monitor the customs clearance from start to finish
Coordinate with customs, shipping lines, and other related parties to ensure smooth shipment processes
Resolve issues related to customs documentation and shipment
Stay updated on new customs regulations and policies
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customs processes for management
Maintain good relationships with customs officers and related authorities
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs procedures and regulations
