As a Portfolio Executive, you will play a key contributor in managing flavor collections and supporting the commercial team within the Food & Beverage division. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of flavor portfolio projects, manage sample submissions and collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance and update product collections. You will also play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution of country-specific initiatives.

• Manages local collection and oversee defined portfolio projects including coordinating submission from portfolio selection, updating sales status based on local market requirements and nominating items for inclusion or exclusion
• Supporting tasting session across key product categories within sweet & beverage
• Train and provide ongoing updates to local users and distributors on flavor collections and their attributes.
• Lead country specific gap-filling projects for sweet and beverage segments as required
• Collaborate closely with cross functionally teams to enhance collections through locally driven initiatives.
• Continuously maintain, update and expand the flavor collection to align with evolving customer needs within Symrise's core categories
• Develop distributor-specific flavor collections in line with commercial strategies
• Manage and maintain local stock for sample submissions and applications, ensuring alignment with the service grid across the categories
• Communicate new product wins internally and with distributors to promote flavor collection across all product category

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
• Strong understanding in Sweet & Beverage applications and sensory attributes
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working closely with others to achieve shared goals
• Ability to embrace routine work while maintaining attention to detail and consistency in processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps
• Fluent in English
• Strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to adapt to fast-changing market needs
