We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer, reporting directly to Head of Project Services Department to join our team based in Jakarta.

About the role:

• Develop and update Project Schedule on a weekly and monthly basis for reporting progress to COMPANY
• Develop EPCI schedule
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and stakeholder to ensure alignment of timelines
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risk
• Prepare regular reports to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Updates and sets up the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboards, etc.)
• Increases Project team members awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths
• Provides Project Feedback and Lessons Learned in order to improve the Planning & Scheduling methods and provide input to the statistics of Planning Department

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity.
• Hands-on experience of using project control systems and procedures supported by current software applications (Primavera P6)
• Knowledgeable in computer planning and spreadsheet softwares (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint)
• Fluency in English
• Fundamental experience in Project execution
• Good knowledge to develop project contract timeline
• Good knowledge of project control procedures and methods
• Good knowledge of progress measurement systems and earned value analysis
• Ability to identify deviations from standards
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to present data and fact in a clear and consistent manner
