Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE) manages Citramas Group's industrial estate which consists of PT. Kabil Indonusa Estate (KIE) and PT. Kabil Citranusa (KCN) located in Batam.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth running of the Director's office and the broader business.
Task & Responsibility
Managing the Director's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
Handling the Director's correspondence, including drafting and sending emails, letters and other communications
Providing administrative support, such as organizing files, maintaining records and preparing reports
Coordinating events and functions on behalf of the Director
Acting as the first point of contact for the Director, screening calls and visitors
Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management or Business Administration or Office Management or similar
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a senior leadership role
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Fluency in Mandarin (is an optional)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a solution-oriented mindset
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
