Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel plans, and events.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed by the executive.
Monitor & manage emails, calls, and other communications efficiently.
Use Excel to manage data to support analytical work, especially if in a finance-related role.
Provide administrative support in a highly organized, efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or equivalent is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. International study experience or working/studying abroad is a plus. Mandarin Speaker is a plus!
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial principles or a background in finance/accounting is an advantage.
