Functional description
Product development New Product Integration for sensor modules
Tasks and responsibilities
· Coordinate the New Product Integration activities
· Transfer of 2D and 3D designs of technical product and material drawings into BT TPS standard template
· Working with technical specifications, customer and project leader consulting, sampling, detailed project execution
· Generation of TEG part number of finished product and raw materials in SAP system
· Generation of product and material documentation (data sheets, production instructions, technical delivery requirements, bill of materials)
· Creation and tracing of time schedules (samples, FuE-projects, cooperation on project plannings)
· Support activities of Batam product development laboratory when required
Authorisation
Signing and release / blocking of technical documents of the own working functionality
Responsibility for own FuE-projects (costs, milestones, dates, results, development release)
Conditions of employment and interaction
Cooperation / adjustment with project leaders with other Business groups, Profit centers etc
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors in engineering
Good knowledge / experience in CAD Software ProENGINEER or AutoCAD
Good in english language (verbal and written form)
Knowledge in usage of automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, NPI (New Product Integration) in a well reputed company
