About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join the KORRUN GROUP' team in our Majalaya, Bandung, West Java location. As Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the end-to-end payroll process, including data input, calculations, and payments
• Ensuring payroll compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Preparing and submitting tax and other statutory reports in a timely manner
• Resolving payroll-related queries and issues from employees
• Continually improving payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Providing training and guidance to the payroll team
• Collaborating closely with the HR and accounting departments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry and handle minimum 1500 employee
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in using payroll software and related systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to be place in Majayala - West Java
