About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. As Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our employees. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

• Oversee a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing

• Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any payroll-related issues

• Implement and maintain robust payroll systems and procedures to streamline operations

• Generate comprehensive payroll reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws, and ensure the company's compliance

• Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a payroll

• Good knowledge of labor regulations, tax laws, and BPJS

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using payroll software and data management tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
