Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Performance & Reward Management Staff focusing in Payroll area at PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, based in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The Payroll Staff will handle day-to-day payroll processing, including payroll administration, garnishments, payroll taxes, and payroll services. Responsibilities also include ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll data, maintaining payroll records, and addressing any payroll-related queries.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PPh 21 tax regulation is a plus.
• Proficient in using payroll systems such as SAP; familiarity with BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) administration is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, analyze, and reconcile large sets of payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll compliance standards is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
