Job Description:

  • Process payroll for all employees, including calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits

  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

  • Reconcile payroll accounts and provide detailed reports

  • Assist with the preparation of tax forms and other payroll-related documentation

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll activities

  • Continuously improve payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll role

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws

  • Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills to handle employee inquiries and address discrepancies

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
