About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Organizational Development & Performance Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and developing initiatives in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management to ensure all HR programs are implemented effectively, on time, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce needs, develop the Manpower Plan, and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Maintain and update organization structure in HRIS to align with business directions.
Oversee the development and review of Job Descriptions, Job Evaluation, and Competency Framework, including socialization to users.
Manage the full cycle of Performance Management, from KPI/goal setting to calibration and appraisal.
Ensure compliance with policies related to promotion, transfer, and demotion.
Develop and monitor Talent Pool, Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and Career Plans.
Supervise the implementation of Coaching & Mentoring programs.
Support promotion assessments by gathering and analyzing relevant HR data.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Telent Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English (spoken & written).
Solid knowledge of Human Resource Management, Organizational Structure Design, Job Evaluation, and Competency Development.
Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, presentation, planning & organizing, and negotiation.
Proficient in using Ms.Visio and office
