Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards
- Developing and administering fair and competitive pay structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentives
- Reviewing and updating our employee benefits package to ensure it remains attractive and aligned with employee needs
- Providing expert guidance and advice to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related matters
- Overseeing the functioning of the Organizational Development, including performance management and organization structure.
- Overseeing the HR Operations function to ensure they are delivering the highest standard of HR operations, while providing consistent employee experience.
- Staying up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR field preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Must have prior experience in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant labor laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful HR initiatives and programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
