About the role
PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' is seeking an experienced Order Processor Staff to join our team in Depok, West Java. As a full-time Order Processor Staff, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and maintaining our order management system. This is a crucial role that supports the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Receive and process customer orders through various channels (phone, email, website)
Accurately enter order details into our order management system
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
Respond to customer inquiries about order status and provide updates
Maintain detailed records of all order-related activities
Assist with other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Proficient in using order management software and other office applications
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Previous experience in a similar order processing or customer service role is highly desirable
