The Operations Analyst plays a key role in aligning, standardizing, and supporting the scale-up of operational practices across BAKED. outlets. This role is responsible for developing SOPs, implementing frontline enablement tools, facilitating cross-outlet learning, and ensuring improvements are data-driven and well-documented. Working closely with Regional Managers, Outlet Managers (OMs), and HQ teams, the analyst ensures consistent, cost-effective, and innovation-ready execution at the frontline level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process guidelines, and enablement materials with proper version control.

• Analyze monthly Operations Reports and collaborate with RM to generate insights and improvement actions.

• Facilitate outlet workshops and integration sessions to standardize best practices.

• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of frontline tools; gather feedback for improvement.

• Support quarterly pilots for operational innovations and conduct impact analyses.

• Create rollout readiness tools.

• Contribute to efficiency and cost-saving initiatives with outlet teams and Regional Manager.

• Assist with rollout of sustainability, health & safety, and risk management actions.

• Ensure integration of tools (dashboards, reporting) into routine Ops rhythms.

• Represent Operations in cross-functional coordination related to rollout and implementation.

• Prepare quarterly Ops Review decks showcasing insights, improvements, and innovations to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in operations enablement, project implementation, or multi-site retail/F&B execution

• Strong command of SOP design, rollout planning, and execution management

• Excellent facilitation, project management, and communication skills

• Analytical and data-literate, with ability to drive action from operational metrics

• Proficiency in collaboration tools (Google Workspace, dashboards, LMS, workflow trackers)

• Familiarity with cost management, frontline team coaching, and operational process improvement

• Ability to influence across departments and connect strategy with execution
