Job Summary:The Operations Manager will oversee all operational activities, storage, and distribution processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on logistics optimization, cost control, and maintaining high standards in asset management. The Operations Manager Area will lead a diverse team, including assistant operations managers, drivers, security staff, MEP teams, housekeeping , operational administration, and Merchandise Leaders, while ensuring strict compliance with company standards and culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:

    • Ensuring products are delivered on time to third-party warehouses and regional storage facilities.

    • Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain process, from production to final delivery to final client

    • Lead a team of assistant operations managers, drivers, security, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, operational admin staff, and merchandise leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Team Training and Standardization:

    • Design and implement training programs for the operational team, ensuring all employees are well-trained and capable of performing their duties.

    • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each department to ensure consistent, high-quality task execution.

    • Conduct regular training to ensure the team understands and adheres to company SOPs, maintaining the highest operational standards.

  • SOP Compliance and Site Visits:

    • Visit company offices and operational sites within your control area to ensure the team follows and implements SOPs effectively.

    • Monitor and reinforce compliance with company culture, ensuring all employees understand and uphold company values and operational standards.

  • Logistics and Distribution:

    • Make sure the SOP of temperature is implement at all points

    • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize delivery schedules, minimize fuel costs, and reduce overtime.

    • Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to points of sale (POS), both within and outside the city.

    • Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards.

  • Asset Management and Maintenance:

    • Oversee the maintenance and control of company assets, including freezers at modern trade and HoReCa locations.

    • Ensure all equipment, such as freezers and thermometers, are well-maintained and functioning correctly.

    • Manage the installation and maintenance of freezers and other essential equipment at new POS locations, ensuring all materials and resources are available and properly installed.

    • Ensure delivery vehicles are regularly serviced and well-maintained.

    • Manufacture

  • POS Audit and Compliance:

    • Conduct routine audits of POS to ensure they meet company standards regarding equipment, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

    • Verify that all required equipment, including freezers, thermometers, and other tools, are installed, maintained, and functioning properly.

    • Ensure that new POS setups are completed on time and all operational standards are met before the store opens.

  • Operational Efficiency and Cost Control:

    • Monitor and manage the operational budget, focusing on cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or service.

    • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols across all operational areas.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining high operational integrity.

  • Team Development and Management:

    • Train, mentor, and develop the operational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team members meet and exceed expectations.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present monthly reports on operational performance, including key metrics related logistics, and cost management.

    • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary corrective actions.

Qualification

·        Minimum education diploma - Diploma - S1 Any Major

·        Maximum Age 40 Years, Proficient in English is a plus

·        Have SIM A and C

·        Previous 3 years experience in company, Modern Trade - Manufacture, Food or Beverage Factory, preferably in management position

·        Accustomed to think strategy, problem solving, have high analysis

·        Very good verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office
