Job Desc :
Coordinate, implement, monitor, control, and continuously improve daily SOPs (purchase journey, supply chain management, service, after-sales) across retail stores.
Ensure store operational excellence by monitoring inventory management, store maintenance, merchandising standards, and customer experience.
Support B2B sales activities by coordinating with store leaders to create schedules for opticians participating in events.
Collaborate with HR to handle staff recruitment, monitor employee performance, manage store employee contracts, approve store shifts, and evaluate working hours.
Oversee training of soft skills and sales side hard skills, such as unique selling point of our product..
Analyze sales and operational reports, identify trends or issues, and propose improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and optimize cost efficiency across stores.
Act as the liaison between the head office and store teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on goals.
Requirement :
Great people management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in retail industry, preferably in fast moving consumer goods.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-location teams.
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, with the ability to effectively plan, execute projects, and drive continuous improvement.
Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think quickly, formulate strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, or ERP systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel to store locations as required.
