JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Monitor and control the implementation of the project to match the target of work in the field

• Communicate formally with clients according to project requirements

• Submitting project resource requirements in accordance with project needs through kick off meetings

• Manage the project team to complete the project in accordance with the work contract

• Carry out QHSE regulations according to Freyssinet policy and reprimand violations committed

• Identify the schedule, work methods and technology related to the project

• Plan, monitor and ensure the availability of human resources, materials and tools for ongoing projects

• Controlling the budget of each project so that it is used effectively and efficiently in accordance with the work plan.

• Cooperating with related divisions (Marketing, QHSE, logistic and financial)

• Ensure the Project Team meets the QHSE Standards & Procedures that have been set by the Company

• Execute the established K3 program

• Be an example in implementing a good K3 culture in the work environment

• Stop work if there are unsafe conditions

• Lead the HIRADC drafting process in the project.

• Actively involved in incident investigation (if any).

• Play an active role in creating a safe work environment and work culture.

• Need to work mobile and travel to project site.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Other special skills: customs (export and import) knowledge
