About the role
PT Harsa Gita Internasional is seeking an experienced Operation Auditor to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Operation Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's operations adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall success and strategic direction of the organization.
What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive audits of the company's operations, including reviewing financial records, operational processes, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen internal controls
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions
Documenting audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Providing guidance and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Participating in the development and implementation of audit-related policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit or operational auditing, preferably in the F&B industry
Strong understanding of {Audit - Internal} principles, practices, and techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presenting findings to various stakeholders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent is preferred
Can join ASAP and willing to be located in West Jakarta
