Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional experienced in managing applications such as Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and similar platforms, with a particular focus on Food and Beverage (FnB) applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in:
Managing FnB Apps: Proficient in handling and optimizing food and beverage applications, ensuring efficient operation and integration with delivery platforms.
Platform Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of various delivery and e-commerce applications, including Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and other related platforms.
Operational Efficiency: Ability to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience on these platforms.
Data Management: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics, managing orders, and providing insights to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field
Managing and operating online delivery platform with minimum experience 5 years plus handling online delivery.
Previous work experience in marketing, particularly in managing and implementing marketing campaigns.
Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, paid advertising, and analytical tools.
Proven ability to effectively manage projects, teams, and budgets, as well as monitor marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze campaign data and reports to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and digital advertising platforms.
In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and understand changes in consumer behavior and the market.
