Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive securities services support to corporate banking clients, including account management, transaction processing, and client reporting
• Collaborate with the technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of securities services with the bank's digital platforms and infrastructure
• Assist in the development and implementation of new securities services products and solutions to meet the evolving needs of corporate banking clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their concerns and providing timely and effective solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of securities services processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a securities services or corporate banking role
• Strong understanding of securities services products, processes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
