JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum: High school diploma or associate's degree
- Able to use cleaning tools and equipment
- Familiar with the sequence of service
- Attention to details
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Having basic knowledge of English
- Must have a neat and clean personality
- Have good initiative and communication skills
- Have an active, attentive, and responsible attitude.
- Have basic knowledge of operating a computer
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work and assignments effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cleaning and maintaining the office, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas including but not limited to pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for meetings, including arranging chairs, tables, and meeting supplies (drink and/or snack)
- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery and pantry items
- Assist General Admin in distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- Running errands for the office, such as purchasing office supplies and pantry supplies.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department/supervisor/vendor/office partner.
- Assisting in the coordination of office events and functions, including setting up decorations and arranging catering services.
- Assists all departments if required
- Co-ordinates with the General Admin Team on related matters.
- Maintains an excellent relationship with all staff in the Head Office.
