About the Role:We are seeking a driven and experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical positions across various functions. From sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, you will play a critical role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the best candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation).- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple industries and roles.- Use Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with top talent.- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports and trackers.- Collaborate with HR team and business stakeholders on recruitment strategies.- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or headhunting company.- Proven experience in handling non-tech roles across various industries, especially financial industry.- Strong ability in Boolean search and proficient in using LinkedIn for recruitment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to confidently engage with candidates and hiring managers.- Tech-savvy and comfortable with recruitment tools, ATS, and online sourcing platforms.- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
