We're looking for a Senior Video Editor with skills in Motion Graphics Design to join a world-class creative team producing strange, dark, and mysterious storytelling content for a global YouTube audience.

For reference, think along the lines of MrBallen, Coffeehouse Crime, or Truly Criminal—suspenseful pacing, clean production, and eerie storytelling that pulls you in without overdoing the effects.

Whether your strength lies in crafting suspenseful, emotionally grounded edits—or designing visuals that add depth to complex narratives—we're hiring for both roles and welcome applications from candidates who specialize in one or thrive in both.

• ? Collaborate with a Hollywood-level production team, including Emmy, Peabody, and Pulitzer-caliber talent
• ? Work viewed by millions of global fans of true crime and narrative storytelling

• Edit 10-20 minute long-form YouTube videos using talking head content, B-roll, music, and light visual elements
• Structure cuts to follow clear narrative arcs, maintaining viewer engagement from intro to end
• Apply subtle effects, audio cleanup, sound design, and pacing strategies that support tone and story
• Work closely with scriptwriters, producers, and brand leads to align on story direction and feedback

• Design and animate clean, minimal graphics that enhance storytelling
• Create animated lower thirds, transitions, kinetic text, infographics, and UI mockups
• Develop motion templates and systems for scalable edits
• Integrate visuals that help explain complex ideas, emphasize key takeaways, or support voiceovers

• 3+ years of experience editing long-form YouTube or documentary-style content
• Skilled in Premiere Pro with strong narrative and pacing instincts
• Comfortable editing from script or rough cut with minimal supervision

• 3+ years of experience creating motion graphics for video, social, or branded content
