About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) Specialist to join the dynamic team at PT Astrav Wisata Dunia, a leading travel agency based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a MICE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional event and travel management services to our diverse range of corporate and leisure clients.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with clients to understand their specific MICE requirements and provide tailored, end-to-end solutions

Plan and organise all aspects of corporate events, conferences, incentive trips and meetings, ensuring seamless execution

Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers, including venues, accommodation, transportation and catering

Manage event budgets and provide detailed reporting to clients

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the successful delivery of all MICE services

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and suppliers

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on destinations, venues and latest industry trends

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a MICE or corporate travel management role

Proven track record of planning and executing successful corporate events and incentive programmes

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Proficient in using event management and travel booking software

Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills

Passion for the travel and hospitality industry
